Refund policy
This policy applies to wickrunAI (灯芯AI) monthly paid plans (Starter, Plus and Pro), sold by Wickrun Solutions Corp.. Cancel anytime and keep access until the 30-day period ends; a full refund within 7 days of a first purchase if no hosted credits were used; refunds for our outages, double charges or wrong amounts.
Billing period
Each paid period lasts 30 days from a successful payment. Its credits are valid for that period and do not carry over.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. After cancelling you are not charged for the next period, and your plan and remaining credits keep working until the current period ends, when the account returns to Free. Cancelling by itself does not trigger a refund.
Refund on a first purchase
Within 7 days of your first paid plan purchase, if you have not used any of that period’s hosted credits, you can ask for a full refund. After the refund the plan returns to Free straight away.
Other cases
Periods whose hosted credits have been used, renewal periods and requests after 7 days are generally not refunded, in full or in part. If paid features were unavailable for a long time because of us, or you were charged twice or the wrong amount, we refund the affected amount. Where your local consumer law gives you more rights, the law applies.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from your account email with the account email, payment date and amount. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Airwallex and usually arrive in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
