Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and Wickrun Solutions Corp. about using wickrunAI (灯芯AI). By using the app you agree to them and to the privacy policy.
Using the app
You must be at least 13, or the higher age your local law requires. You are responsible for activity on your account and devices, and for keeping your sign-in and recovery passphrase safe.
Acceptable use
You may not use the app to: break the law or infringe others’ rights; create or share child sexual exploitation material, hateful content or threats of violence; commit fraud, phishing, malware or unauthorised access; harass people or invade their privacy; get around quotas, billing or security measures, or resell hosted routes; or break the usage policies of the model providers you use. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
AI output
Answers are generated by third-party models and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. They are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. You are responsible for checking them and for how you use them. To the extent the law allows, you own your input and whatever rights we have in the output; a model provider’s terms may say otherwise.
Your own API keys
When you use your own API key, that provider’s terms and charges apply directly between you and them. You are responsible for keeping the key safe and for its charges. We are not responsible for a provider’s fees, limits, availability or content.
Paid plans and renewal
Some features, such as hosted routes, need a paid plan. Prices are shown in US dollars before you buy. Each paid period lasts 30 days from a successful payment. Credits are not topped up automatically within a period, and unused credits do not carry over. yes: if automatic renewal is on, the next period is charged to your saved payment method when the current one ends, until you cancel; without a renewal payment the plan returns to Free when the period ends.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops renewal and you keep access until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
Changes to the service
We may add, change or remove features or model routes. We give at least 30 days’ notice of a price increase, which applies from your next period.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost data (keep your own backups of local data). Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100. Nothing here limits consumer rights that your local law does not allow to be excluded.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. If you seriously break these terms we may suspend or end your account, and tell you why where we can.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and disputes go to the competent courts there. This does not take away protections your local consumer law gives you.
