You write down a goal, Butler turns it into jobs and brings back the result

Write down a goal and Butler researches, drafts, organizes, follows up and schedules for it, then hands you a result you can use as it is. A draft needs only one word from you: "Use it".

A brief every morning: results, decisions waiting for you, suggested next steps and goals that have stalled.

Butler's jobs follow your Work permissions and the confidentiality layer, and each job has a token and time limit.

Live documents: people and models edit one file together

Models join as members, sign their edits, and every step can be undone

Everyone who opens it sees the same file. Changes appear on every screen at once, and each step stays in the version history.

Models carry a robot badge and a name such as "R's Claude Code · Opus" or "R's Codex". A model comes in with the identity and permissions of the member who runs it, never an account of its own.

Your content, encrypted on your device

Masked on your device before it reaches a model, encrypted before it reaches the workspace

Before anything goes to a model, names, organizations, contact details, ID numbers, amounts and dictionary terms are replaced with placeholders on your device, and restored when the reply arrives. Choose always, ask or off; a company can require masking every time.

Your workspace content is encrypted before upload and decrypted on authorized devices. You choose who to share with and can adjust member permissions.

When you use an external model, the content you send is processed by that model service. End-to-end encryption does not replace the service’s data policy.

Company management: members and departments, one-step handover when someone leaves, audit and usage dashboards, company keys and budgets, and Google Workspace / Microsoft Entra single sign-on. Admins can take back and transfer work, but cannot see what members wrote.
