Delete your wickrunAI account

Deleting your account removes your cloud data: synced conversations and projects, files and media, shared spaces you own, devices, push tokens, API keys stored in the cloud, and feedback. Payment records the law requires are kept under an anonymised id. Data on your devices stays until you delete it in the app or uninstall it.

Export first. In the app, open Settings → Look → Account and use “Export conversations” or the data backup before you continue.

All your devices are signed out at once. The deletion happens after 7 days; signing in again before then cancels it. Copies in encrypted backups expire within 35 days.
